ROLE Profile SUMMARY

Job Title: Administration Assistant

Line Manager: Administration Manager

Main Purpose

Responsible for working with the UCR Administration Team to ensure that sales are validated and processed in line with the agreed SLA’s and effectively investigating and responding to enquiries from UCR employees and suppliers.

Key Accountabilities
- Check and process UCR sales, submitting them within agreed timescales to the relevant energy supplier
- Checking and validating sales prices for customer’s contracts, ensuring accuracy before submission to suppliers
- Dealing with sales returns from suppliers in order that problems are resolved efficiently.
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries from suppliers
- Call monitoring and assessment against sales compliance criteria
- Creating reports and communicating to internal and external parties

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Is good with numbers and is able to spot discrepancies
- Is a proactive, self-starter taking ownership of own development and problem solving
- Has great attention to detail and able to spot and investigate errors.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain excellent quality
- Great communicator and team player
- Delivers own results and supports others to achieve the teams objectives

Hours and Pay
- 37.5 hours a week
- Salary dependent upon age (national minimum wage) and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
