**About the role**

You will work closely with the Training Officer (SEAB & Ministries) as well as colleagues across other departments to ensure the effective delivery of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid courses to meet the needs of our Ministry partners. You will join a supportive team, committed to continually improving the quality of what we deliver and the experience for teachers and school leaders. You will:

- Work with the Training Officer (SEAB & Ministries) to ensure effective development and delivery of courses to Ministry partners across all modes of delivery, on time and within budget
- Plan and organise courses including commissioning consultants, making travel arrangements, dispatching merchandise, processing invoices and feedback
- Moderate the delivery of online and hybrid events
- Monitor costs and income for the region and report to senior managers.
- Contribute to specific projects and working groups to improve the quality of what we deliver
- Help to resolve questions raised and provides support to any events aiming to strengthen the link with Ministry partners

**About you**

You will have experience organising events or courses and using project management methodology to plan and prioritise work. You will be highly organised, flexible and able to manage competing demands. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and comfortable working on some routine tasks. We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience organising events or courses
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is proactive, tactful and open-minded
- Enjoys working autonomously on a number of projects and can prioritise to ensure the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of tasks
- Is fluent and can easily use key software such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerBi and Zoom
