About the Role
NIAB, a leading plant bioscience organisation, is seeking a highly organised and motivated Membership & Training Coordinator to join our dynamic Membership Team at our Cambridge headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage membership subscriptions and support the delivery of industry-leading training programmes.
- Handle BCPC subscription services and provide excellent service to over 2,000 members.
- Engage directly with members and clients, work on exciting events and training courses, and play a key role in driving NIAB's mission to advance agricultural innovation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office programmes.
- Experience using CRM databases to manage and analyse data.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods.
