Office Administrator

Due to a period of busy growth we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Midsomer Norton Office. If you are a great organiser with top admin and IT skills, an eye for detail and the ability to proactively help and support a busy office of lovely people - then the team need you
**You will be responsible for things like**:
- Updating property applicant details
- Creation of files, and retaining relevant information in line with GDPR processes
- Generating relevant paperwork for the sale of property
- Updating office marketing, including window displays and brochures
- Diary management and control for the office
- Booking client appointments; including viewings and valuations
- Updating notes for client files
- Attending and contributing to all team/office meetings and helping to follow-up on any actions.
Duties will vary day to day, and you must be flexible in your approach to work, supporting wherever possible with tasks associated with the sale of property.

**You will also need to demonstrate the following**:
- Hold a UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle of work (necessary for role)
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Are confident in the use of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Existing experience working in the property industry is desirable but not essential
**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (with a one hour unpaid lunch break), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm, with a ½ day back in lieu for each Saturday worked.
