Customer Care and Office Administrator

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new member to join our family at our Head Office in Kingham, Oxfordshire. Office based 5 days per week, 9am to 5pm with no WFH.
**The Role**
Are you looking to get your foot on the career ladder or perhaps ready for a new challenge? This role is an exciting new appointment with plenty of scope to make it your own as well as providing a fabulous and practical springboard for someone passionate about joining the creative industries.
We are looking for an energetic, quick thinking, ‘people person’ to join our busy Head Office in Kingham, Oxfordshire. Due to continued growth our office team needs someone to help with the smooth running of the office administration. The role will be extremely varied throughout the year and requires someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to put their hands to unfamiliar and new tasks with confidence and enthusiasm.
In return you will receive in-depth training, mentoring and support from other members of the team to help grow your skillset and experience within a fast paced and buoyant, creative environment.
**Day-to-day tasks and your responsibilities**
- Answering phones
- Customer care - caring for our customers’ needs quickly and efficiently
- Order entry and co-ordination
- Liaising with our warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Ordering and ensuring office is well-stocked with samples and essentials
- New product maintenance, including spreadsheet and uploads into our internal systems
- Website maintenance - working with the team to ensure the website is up-to-date and working as it should be
- Trade show attendance and support
- set up, take down and manning the stand alongside and in support of the whole team
**What we’re looking for**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Excel. Confidence with learning and using IT both familiar and unfamiliar systems is essential.
- Full Driving License and own car
- No exact qualifications are required, all applicants considered.
**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
