We are recruiting for a band 6 Clinical Educator to work within our Emergency Management Unit (EMU). This will be a fixed term post for 12months. We are a high performing department and in the top 10 Trusts in the country for Emergency Care. We have lots of support for your mental and physical wellbeing to support your work/life balance, including flexible working patterns to support you and the department. Our Proud to CARE values are embedded right across the Trust and your happiness at work is at the heart of our appraisal system.
As a skilled and valued member of our team, you will assist and lead with the training and education of staff across EMU and the Short Stay Unit.
With our commitment to improvement and innovation, our Royal Academy of
Improvement would love to hear your ideas and will work with you to support in getting these off the ground
We are committed to providing you with on-going training and development to ensure you thrive in your role here at the Trust, which will be individualised and supported by your Matron and management team.
**The key to our success is simple**: our people. Their experience, knowledge, passion and ideas are our greatest resource. With your experience, energy and commitment to our public service, you’ll be able to make a huge difference.
