Our unique offer supports people affected by dementia, including carers, from diagnosis throughout the entire journey of dementia. We have one of the highest diagnostic rates in the UK and have strong links with research at University College London.

We're seeking to recruit a **dementia navigator/assistant practitioner **who is enthusiastic and motivated to help us deliver excellent dementia care in the community.
