Learning and Development Assistant

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Learning and Development Assistant to join our People Team at Dementia UK. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support to our learning and development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to staff and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of our learning and development initiatives.
* Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager and the wider team to support the ongoing learning, development, and talent management processes at Dementia UK.
* Liaise with suppliers to schedule training sessions as part of our Learning Programme, as directed by the Learning and Development Manager.
* Manage the learning request form, ensuring staff are enrolled in Learning Programme courses and escalating external requests to the Learning and Development Manager when necessary.

**Requirements**

* Exceptional customer service skills and a strong understanding of meeting customer needs within a structured policy framework.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
* Prior experience working within a busy UK-based L&D, People, or HR team is ideal.
