Pulse Soccer Barrow is an excellent soccer facility boasting eight 3G all-weather 5-a-side pitches, a coaching arena, two 7-a-side 3G all-weather pitches and a dedicated party room.
We are currently looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and committed team player in the role of General Assistant/ Receptionist.
You will need to be pro-active, energetic, with enthusiasm and professionalism to support the team with the everyday running of the facility.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
The job will require the successful candiate to keep all areas of the facility both indoors and outdoors well maintained.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Ensuring all areas of the Centre are cleaned to a high standard
- General maintenance such as fixing nets and pitch repairs
- Painting surfaces both indoors and outdoors with fluctuations in demand
- Take bookings and answer the phones and responding to customer messages on social media
- Support with the running of league ngihts. I.e. making sure teams are on the correct pitches and refereeing.
- Promoting activities, leagues and sessions run at the Centre
- Making GM aware of all repairs and manintenance needed at the facility
- Potentionally running a league night

- To attend all meetings and training as advised
- Have a good knowledge or background of football
- To always present a responsible and professional attitude and image
**Person Specification**
- Excellent customer service is essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential
- Basic knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Personal management and organisation skills
- Willing to be flexible and a desire to referee
- Excellent time management skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
