**General Builders to become our Partners.**

We are looking for a General Builder to become our partner in the Barrow area.

We will assist you in all aspects of the business to include - Setting up the company, UTR, VAT, Trade Accounts, Getting Contracts, Getting Workers, and all direct sales assistance to get the business going. We will further provide you with all virtual estimating and quantity surveying on an ongoing long-term basis.

**You will need**:
1. Good experience of all aspects of building including residential extensions and new build houses.

2. Good leadership ability with an outgoing, assertive personality.

3. Ambition to run your own business. We only want to work with people who wish to make a difference not potter along making a living.

4. Either a Clean Credit file and/or access to some working capital and franchisee fee (£3,950)
