Office Receptionist

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Moreton-in-Marsh. The main role is to assist the operations manager by providing will be answering the telephone, diverting calls, organising the diaries of Directors and general office administration. Based in Moreton in Marsh, the role would be office based and is a full-time position.
Duties would include:
- Answering external/internal calls
- diverting calls and taking messages
- Diary management
- Assistance as required with office administration tasks
- Assistance as required with finance administration tasks
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written communication
- Calm, helpful, flexible in approach
- Ability to multi-task and respond to quickly changing requirements
- Team player
- Conscientious and reliable
- Highly organised
