As a **Network Access / Wayleave Coordinator **your role will centre around ensuring our brilliant civils teams have access to as much of the towns we build our full fibre network in as possible. You will be responsible for spotting areas on High Level Designs that require a wayleave and via investigatory work, you’ll start the process of getting permission for us to build. You will use a mix of written and in-person communication methods to agree and obtain wayleave agreements in good time. In your role as a Wayleave Officer you will explain the benefits Zzoomm presents as a key way of negotiating access for our build teams.

**You’ll know how to**
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Negotiate effectively and influence people in a constructive way
- Learn and follow our wayleave process
- Track and manage a busy caseload whilst being able to prioritise
- Escalate issues as they arise to facilitate a smooth process
- Adapt to changing circumstances and work as part of a close knit team

To be considered for the role of Network Access / Wayleave Coordinator you must possess excellent IT skills and hold a full UK drivers licence. Additionally, the role require willingness to travel across North East region according to business needs.
