As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee the technology department, focusing on 3rd party vendor management and delivering projects that align with the company's growth plans. Key responsibilities include establishing and developing IT processes, policy, and procedure; strategically delivering projects such as Cloud Adoption, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Essentials; managing IT licenses, equipment, and budgeting; maintaining and monitoring daily operations of infrastructure and networks; and preserving data privacy, backups, and network access. A successful candidate will have experience working with 3rd party vendors, SharePoint, and a strong infrastructure background with sound understanding of on-premise, virtualized, cloud, and network technologies. Proficiency in IT project management and service delivery, as well as effective communication with stakeholders, is essential.
