Waiting List Administration Assistant

Develop strong working relationships with Trust staff to support the work of the Admissions team. To keep up to date with statutory and mandatory training as required by the role. To take responsibility for own development and to work with line-manager highlighting development and training needs in formulating own professional development plan. To call patients and confirm their surgeries.
To update the ward details on EPR. To cancel patients when needed and give them their admission details. To undertake any other general office duties appropriate to the post. To maintain confidentiality about patient and staffing matters at all times.
