Page Personnel are supporting a leading, successful organisation based in Lutterworth with the appointment of a HR Administrator to join a busy HR function.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is 100% office based working.

**Description**

Working as part of a busy, generalist HR function, this is an exciting role allowing some great exposure to all aspects of HR. As HR Administrator your duties will include but not limited to:

- Deal with a wide range of HR queries
- Produce all HR paperwork such as offer letters and contracts
- Support the HR Manager with Employee relations casework as note taker
- Provide accurate information to the payroll department
- Support with recruitment administration and on-boarding
- Update HR reports and staff files
- All other generalist HR Administration duties to support a busy team
