We are recruiting on behalf of our world wide client for an Customer Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Lutterworth
**The Role**:

- Deliver outstanding Customer Service ensuring all calls are closed within SLA
- Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships with regards to the processing of orders, query resolution and the timely delivery of services
- Managing and resolving customer complaints escalating to Operation Support Manager as required
- Researching and providing customers with product and service information to meet their needs
- Ensure new services or changes to customer contracts are completed in line with process and on time
- Make courtesy calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
**Experience**
- Telephone based customer service experience
- Fast accurate keyboard skills
- Available for an immediate start

Hours: 37.50 hrs per week : Monday to Friday
Start time between 08:00 and 09:00 - 7.5 hours a day + half an hour unpaid break

**Salary**: £20,300
