Our extremely successful client is looking for a confident 'People Person' to join their ever expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end weekly recruitment process. You will also act as the contact point for any queries from agency colleagues and the operations team on site. You will be the liaison between the temporaryagencies and the operations team. You will be providing efficient administrative support to the HR team and Operations by taking ownership and responsibility for the agency colleagues and weekly recruitment on site.
**Agency recruitment**:

- Act as the contact point for any queries from agency and the operations team.
- Ensure attendance of agency personnel on site for each department.
- Audit of agency workers - e.g., hi-vis/ safety shoes.
- Responsible for the onsite temporary labour provision.
- Working closely with Operations and planning teams to ensure that we have sufficient resource to fulfil customer demands and maintaining clear communication with operations and agency providers.
- Monitor absence and holiday levels for temporary labour provision.
- Liaise with external agency providers regarding any issues with temporary labour daily.
- Ensure that timesheets are signed off by relevant departments for each agency.
- Liaise with external agency providers with internal updates - e.g., events taking place in workplace.
- Regular face to face meetings with agencies - building relationship with providers.
- Planning agency inductions with the relevant H&S representative.
- Attend the beginning of each agency induction to track and monitor attendance.
- Reporting on temporary labour for the board.
- Ensuring that internal customers are updated in relation to agency providers - e.g., accounts with charge rates/planning with names.
- Ensuring each department has sufficient temporary labour to fulfil demand.
- Liaising with Operations to discuss any issues with temporary labour on a daily basis.
- Keeping accurate records of leaver reasons and provide reporting data for this where applicable.
- Liaise with temporary agency providers and HR team regarding on-boarding agency personnel when appropriate.
**Weekly recruitment**:

- Posting internal and external job advertisements.
- Managing the daily activity of the resourcing pod, i.e.: Job adverts, CV data base.
- Designing adverts for social media and notice boards.
**Ad-hoc**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- An understanding or HR policies & practices.
- Ad-hoc analysis and HR Issues documentation.
- General administration duties, employee letters, payroll administration.
- Build positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Filing documentation in the employee’s personnel files.
- Supporting with employee queries where appropriate.
- Any other duties as required.
**_Essential_**:

- GSCE Maths and English minimum level 1 /2 equivalent.
- Full driving Licence.
- IT skills, including Advanced Microsoft / Excel / PowerPoint.
- The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Great communicator.

- Positive attitude & drive.
- Customer Service experience in a generalist role.
Immigration/ Eligibility to Work with the UK
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration and customer service skills
**_Desirable_**:

- GSCE Maths and English grade 4 or above or equivalent
- CIPD- Level 3
- 1 Years minimum within an Admin function role.
Hours of business are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
