Office Administrator

Safety Solutions are seeking a Part Time Administrator for our busy accounts dept.
Requirements:
- A sound background in Purchase Ledger
- Accounts sales admin support when necessary
- Previous usage of Sage 200 Accounts package ( this is essential )
- Payments - mid and end of month Supplier payment runs to assist the Financial Director.
- Experience in Microsoft excel to generate sales data capture Stock ordering via Sage 200 (experience is necessary )
- Logistics and transportation arrangements for incoming stock
- Trader support would be preferred
- VAT submission not essential but would benefit
Holidays -29 ( pro rata to hours worked)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
