Clearance: DBS
Contract Length: 3 months with possible extension
Minimum Requirement/Essentials
- ECDL or equivalent
- NVQ3 in Administration or equivalent.
- RCA/OCR III or equivalent typing / word processing skills
- Key skills level 2 in literacy or equivalent.
- A willingness to undergo training and develop new skills
- Experience in customer facing role
- Experience in working in a busy administrative environment
- Experience utilising hospital PAS system for admission and discharge
- Secretarial and administrative processes and practices including minute taking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work under own initiative
- Proven organisational skills
- Decision making and resolving complex work related issues
- Up-to-date knowledge or demonstrable computer literacy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy
- Empathetic approach in resolving enquiries
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload
- Able to track information
- Able to recognise issues and refer where appropriate
- Able to manage difficult and distressing situations effectively

Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £105.85 per day
