Rota Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to work in Childrens Services as the Rota Co-ordinator & Patient Access Administrator. The service seeks a highly motivated individual to join the team at the Royal Alexandra Childrens Hospital.
You will work in a fast paced environment supporting the wider clinical team & the Patient Access Manager in managing the clinical rota's and patient access related tasks.
Accountable for the maintenance of high-quality, effective and flexible centralised electronic rota for medical and ANNP staff across Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, Trevor Mann Baby Unit and Special Care Baby Unit at Princess Royal Hospital, and for working to ensure efficient functioning of the Directorate medical cover.
Responsible for working with the Directorate Management Team/Clinical Services Managers and Lead Consultants, Medical HR and other admin staff as determined by the needs of the service including training and development on the rota and co-ordinating the cancellation of clinical duties/organising locum cover.
Provide technical support for rota management and engage in discussions regarding improvements and amendments.
