**Responsibilities**
- To assist with personal care needs, continence care, companionship and meals.
- To assist service users with poor mobility and other physical disabilities.
- To promote independence at all times where possible.
- To carry out general tasks, such as housework, laundry and shopping.
- To accurately record and report.
- To follow care plan accurately in order to meet service user needs.
- To comply with Graceful care guidelines, policies and procedures at all times.
- To report to line manager of any concerns, which include service users change in circumstance.
- To complete medication record if applicable.
- To complete accident/incident form in the event of an emergency.
- To undertake regular training.
- You will be required to comply with the code of conduct and practice of the general social care council.
- You will be required to notify the agency immediately if you commit or are charged with a criminal offence, including a motoring offence during your employment.
