**About Ritsons**:
Ritsons Chartered Accountants are a firm that fully supports apprenticeship programmes and have supported many apprentices in the past.

There will be opportunity to learn more about accountancy once settled within the role and support will be available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for customers
- Answering and handling incoming calls
- Arranging and diarising appointments using digital calendars
- Photocopying, scanning and uploading documents to databases as required
- Filing both digitally and manually
- Assisting with accounting software
- Assisting with digital record keeping and databases
- Other duties as and when requested

**Person Specification**:
Ritsons are looking for an organised, communicative individual who is keen to learn and develop their administrative skills. Full comprehensive training will be provided however attention to detail and basic typing abilities would be beneficial.

- Some experience with Microsoft Office (this will be included in training)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Future Prospects & Benefits**

- Working Hours - Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
- Salary - £12,500 per annum
