The HR Administrator will be a crucial support to our busy team, and this will be a very varied role, predominantly HR focussed but also some Finance support will be needed.
**Responsibilities**:
HR admin support such as:
- Recruitment and Induction
- Employee Wellbeing
- HR data and reporting
- Payroll
- HR inbox
- HR documentation
- HR projects
Finance admin support such as:
- Process invoices
- Mail distribution
- Employee expenses
- Monthly/weekly reporting
- Finance projects
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in an HR role.
- Willingness to keep up to date with HR legislation/best practice.
- Skilled in Excel.
- Sage experience advantageous.
