**Our Career Opportunity**:
We are seeking a dynamic **HR Administrator** self-starter to join our impactful Human Resources team in the heart of Glasgow. As a highly organised and business-minded individual you be pivotal in delivering a wide variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. From accurately maintaining crucial records, supporting employee on-boarding and off-boarding through to guaranteeing the seamless operation of our HR department, we promise you that no day will be the same.

Whilst the role is administrative in nature, it offers an outstanding opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in the field of HR and create a meaningful impression on the employee journey. _Our Glasgow, Head Office team assist 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday._

**Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Monitoring the central HR inbox, being first point of contact for tier one HR related queries and escalating enquires to the relevant HR or business areas.
- Provide administration support to our HR Director and HR Advisor across various HR functions as required and requested.
- Ensure to record accurately holiday, leave and sickness absence for our colleagues, across all our business locations.
- Conduct and support with holiday audits and with monthly reporting when requested.
- Prepare and forward HR related correspondence as and when required.
- Oversee and maintain all personnel records and filing system.
- Pro-actively participate and assist with HR projects as they are presented.
- Assist with recording monthly internal performance reviews, highlighting any reviews outstanding.
- Support with employee lifecycle administration, including new employee on boarding, change of status, and off boarding documentation.
- Liaise and provide relevant information to payroll for new starters, change of status and off boarding within the payroll timeframes.
- A willingness to learn and develop your career as a HR professional.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple deadlines while striving to achieve specific targets and objectives.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism along with sound attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A passion for working with people.
- A genuine interest along with a background in Human Resources through higher education or current enrolment in HR studies is highly desired.
