**HR Administrator**
Pertemps are delighted to bring to market a new role with an Ayrshire based company who are looking to bring on an HR Administrator.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a local company who support other businesses with HR Queries, Training and Business Support.
- You will work alongside a team of experienced HR professionals to ensure business runs smoothly and get the chance to be involved in various client meetings.- £24,000 - £26,000- Based in Glasgow- Permanent Role- Fully Onsite- Excellent Development Opportunities**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the team with all HR related planning and activity across the business.- Act as a point of contact for external bodies to ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner.- Attend meetings to take notes and draft up documents.- Support in Learning and Development processes, such as coordination of training and all relevant documents.- Assist with scanning and filing of documents and keeping the relevant systems up to date and accurate.- Support elsewhere in the business as and when required.**Skills and Experience Required**
- Previous experience within an HR role is desirable but not required.- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.- Proficient across all MS Office Packages- Ability to work proactively and independently.This role is being managed by Emily Purdie at Pertemps.
