Do you have Purchase Ledger experience and looking to join a friendly supportive team?
You will be providing support to the Management Accountant with the completion of all Purchase Ledger activities within the business.
Key Duties:
- Processing invoices
- Payment Run
- Supplier Queries
- Statement Reconciliations
- Set up new suppliers
- Manage Finance inboxes
- Petty Cash
- Verifying bank details
- Credit card/expense processing
- Occasional bank reconciliations
- Adhoc payments & admin duties
Skills Required:
- Previous experience, minimum 5 years
- Team player with good communication skills
- Experienced excel user or an interest to learn
- Good IT skills
- Can work alone and use own initiative
