Doornbos Equipment is a leading provider of high-quality industrial equipment, serving a wide range of industries with innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are organised, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities;**
- Make outgoing telephone calls to clients/suppliers where required.
- Maintain and organise filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Issuing quotations and follow up contacts.
- Purchase ledger.
- Preparing outgoing post.
**Required skills and experience;**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience in the industrial equipment or related industry is advantageous but not required.
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
