**What you’ll do**
As Network Planning Authority you will ensure Vodafone achieves the best network design, performance and coverage in the UK market. This role focuses on delivering the 2G/3G/4G/5G design within the regional team, which involves understanding performance and design to meet Vodafone’s targets.
- You will be responsible for delivering 2G/3G/4G/5G design to meet regional coverage/capacity requirements whilst implementing nominal plans and supporting technological future proofing.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the regional network meets National Guidelines, supporting the optimisation of the Network and enhancing customer experience.
- You will be working with central Vodafone teams (primarily Radio Optimisation and Radio Design units) to be aware of the latest guidelines and feedback about new findings and proposals to update them.
- You will be driving suppliers to ensure future coverage addresses any negative influences on network performance as well as delivering improving coverage by delivery of local regional coverage plans and designs.
- You will ensure that customer feedback is taken into consideration when driving improvements in network performance by liaising with Service Operations, consumer and enterprise business units
**Who you are**
- You will have an excellent understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G network technology.
- You will have experience working analytically and problem solving.
- You will have proven experience in radio coverage planning.
- You will have knowledge of optimisation techniques.**What we offer**
