Job Description

We are seeking an experienced District Heating Principal/Senior Strategic Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve providing project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development expertise in support of building our District Heating Strategic Advisory Services.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumRole Responsibilities
  • Provide project management expertise to support the development of heat networks in local authorities' areas
  • Develop heat network development strategies and internal/external stakeholder engagement plans
  • Support the implementation of heat network zoning and grant funding applications
  • Manage studies and sub-consultants on behalf of clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/technical field or project management
  • Experience working on district heating schemes and government-funded projects
  • Knowledge of heat network zoning regulations in the UK
  • Understanding of local authority governance structures
