**Paraplanner Administrator**
**Glasgow**
**Up to £20,000 plus benefits**

We are seeking an individual to join an excellent Financial Planning firm and work with their small and friendly team in Glasgow. This role is a perfect opportunity to join a small firm and make a big impact.

This role will teach you everything you need to know from the ground up and is open to people with no prior experience of financial planning

The company provide financial advice, this includes retirement planning, investment planning, mortgages and various insurances.

This role is ideal for someone looking to progress into a paraplanning role.

**Key responsibilities initially**:

- Dealing with daily correspondence
- Maintaining and updating client files
- Obtaining product information from providers
- Maintain new business pipeline
- Preparing for client annual review meetings
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire required client information
- Assist the Paraplanner in preparing the client file and relevant paperwork prior to client meetings
- Issue letters of authority efficiently ensuring information checklist is completed
- Ensure electronic client files are up-to-date and compliant
- Assist Paraplanner in maintaining a high standard of file maintenance and administration of new business to meet exacting Compliance regulations
- accurately before being passed to paraplanner to review.

**Key responsibilities (transitioning to paraplanning role)**:

- Preparing illustrations
- Drafting and completion of suitability reports

**Benefits includes**:

**Salary**: £18,000.00 - £20,000.00 per year
