**Key Accountabilities**
- Maintain a collaborative working relationship with third party suppliers and external stakeholders - in particular focusing on partnering effectively with local authorities.
- Ensue timely delivery of alternative disruption plans; liaising with and providing information to all relevant colleagues, ensuring the business is informed of planned and non-planned major diversions/events effecting operations.
- Good intellect with an analytical insight to quickly assess both day to day and future service disruptions with a can-do attitude to solving and preventing issues.

- Site visits
- Bus tests for diversion routes
**Company Responsibilities**
- Adhere to all FirstGroup and First Bus policies and procedures
- To undertake any additional duties at the request of your line manager deemed to be
- within your competency.
- To fully comply with all HS & E legislation along with Group policies and procedures.
- To undertake any training and development activities at the request of your line
- To always take care of your own safety and the safety of others by complying with
- the safe systems of work Principles and UK Bus Health & Safety Policy.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner.
- Ensure PCV license, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card (if applicable) are current and carried whilst on duty.

- Strong influencing skills and a track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders
- A team player, wholly committed to working with and supporting the wider business and divisional teams to achieve the First Bus Business Strategy
- An ability/willingness to consider alternative solutions to long standing issues
- Excellent network knowledge
