**Rate**: £15.91 per hour
**Contract Start**:ASAP
**Hours**:35 per week, Monday - Friday
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Project Support Officer to join our client's dynamic team. As an HR Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to various HR projects.
**Key Duties**:
- Attend project meetings, provide updates, identify actions, and ensure key points are discussed.- Participate in systems review/procurement, offering feedback and suggestions.-
- Adapt existing contract and letter templates for colleagues' use in the new system, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.- Maintain records and document version control.- Ensure key project steps are completed on time, identifying potential issues before they become obstacles and escalating outstanding actions.- Extract, analyse, and cleanse data to ensure successful migration.- Map out user roles and carry out checks to ensure data protection compliance.- Support user acceptance testing, ensuring thorough functionality testing and escalating any issues for resolution.- Conduct a range of audit and compliance tasks, including HR system/Payroll audits and other legal or regulatory checks.- Keep audit actions up to date in the calendar and on Teams tracker, proactively flagging any issues impacting submission deadlines.- Produce reports as required, responding to ad hoc data/reporting requests.- Support the update of audit processes, ensuring linked documentation is kept up to date.- Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, statutory, and corporate requirements.- Comply with and implement all company policies and procedures.- Act ethically and with integrity.- Lead by example to strengthen the client's inclusive culture, ensuring equality, diversity, and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.**Essential Experience**:
- Experience working with complex information technology systems containing confidential data.- Project environment experience, including working to deadlines, interacting with internal colleagues and external suppliers.- Previous experience analysing and reporting data.- Ability to collate, analyse, and report using a range of information.-
**Essential Qualifications**:
- Business/HR qualification; or equivalent level of on-the-job experience in a similar role.
