Zusammenfassung der Position:
Als Sales Representative (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Erstellung von Angeboten, die Bindung von Kunden, Verhandlungen und die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Verkaufsteam verantwortlich. Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an analytischem Denken und sind in der Lage, die Marktbedürfnisse zu erkennen und darauf zu reagieren. Verhandlungssicheres Englisch wird vorausgesetzt.
- Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Erstellung von Angeboten für Bestandskunden auf Grundlage der Bedarfsanalyse, die den Kundenbedürfnissen entsprechen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden zur Erreichung von Verkaufszielen und zur Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufsteam, um Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und Geschäftschancen zu identifizieren
- Analyse von Markt
- und Kundendaten, um Strategien zur Steigerung der Verkaufszahlen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Teilnahme an Verkaufsmeetings, Präsentationen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Dokumentation von Verkaufsaktivitäten und Kundeninformationen in einem CRM-System

**Key Responsibilities**:
Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Produkten oder Dienstleistungen in einer ähnlichen Position
- Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zur Kundenbindung
- Fähigkeit, in einem Teamumfeld zu arbeiten und zu kooperieren
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen, um Daten und Marktinformationen zu interpretieren und darauf zu reagieren
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
