We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer with technical sales experience to join a global leader in the manufacture of HVAC products. This role is field based and will cover the South of England, with a preference for you to be based in Surrey, Hampshire or Dorset postcode. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30 with flexibility required to meet customer requirements, and offering a basic salary of £40-45k per annum dependent on experience plus bonus and excellent benefits as below. As Technical Sales Engineer, you will be covering postcodes: Mapping and management of sales channels
New and replacement (after-market) opportunities and sales
Preparation of high value or complex quotations for delivery through the local sales entity
Achieve significant growth at identified key accounts
Planning ahead geographical area sales activities
Attending sales and site survey appointments, self-booking your own appointments
Previous experience as Technical Sales, Business Development Manager or Field Sales Representative selling technical product(s) or HVAC
Demonstrate a strong proven track record of sales growth in any businesses or markets
Ability to analyse and overcome obstacles in the sales environment
Outstanding consultative/ solution sales approach with the ability to interact at all levels
Good IT skills including MS Office Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint as well as use of CRM systems
Overnight stays will be required from time to time for sales meetings and exhibitions
Extensive product training will be provided
Annual commission based on sales growth
