Merrifield Consultants are partnering with a membership body to find a Membership Database Administrator to support a project and develop the Chartership assessor database by reviewing and optimising data. This involves aspects of augmenting existing member data records, whilst ensuring compliance with the organisation’s regulations and GDPR. We are looking for an experienced expert in database administration with an impressive track record of processing and implementing data within a membership body.

Job Title: Membership Database Administrator

Organisation: Membership Body

**Salary**: £16-£19 per hour

Location: Remote working

Contract: Temporary, full time until 31st of March

Start: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

- Data input to manage member records management and sharing.
- Ensure accurate record management and compliance with GDPR guidelines.
- Ensure communications are handled in a prompt and professional manner.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
- To be proactive in identifying areas for potential improvement in systems.
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
