Membership Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Membership Administration**: Efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of BPF's membership database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of member records.
**Documentation and Reporting**: Generate and maintain reports related to membership data, ensuring that the information is up-to-date and readily available for analysis.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to facilitate communication and information flow between teams, fostering a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
**CRM Management**: Utilise the CRM system to manage member interactions, track engagement, and contribute to the development of targeted communications.
**Membership Growth**: Support initiatives aimed at growing BPF's membership base, including events and engagement activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role (ideally within a membership-based organisation but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive and adaptable attitude.
**What we offer**

The role is full time, Monday - Friday and we are currently operating in a hybrid work environment of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
