**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services through both scripted and free format approaches.
- Answer questions about our products and the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales opportunities.
- Enter and update customer information in the (Sugar) CRM solution
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate the sales process
- Keep accurate records of calls and note useful information

**About you**:

- You’re a natural hunter for new opportunities with at least 1 years previous telesales experience at B2B level.
- You’ve got superior people skills and can communicate with gate keepers and people of all walks of life.
- You are comfortable presenting products and services over the phone with skill in handling objections and you enjoy continuous learning of your industry.
- You have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and Information Technology infrastructure.
- You are a real ‘go getter’ with a desire to join a business and sector that are really going places.

**Required experience for this role**:

- Exposure to software products
- Strong sales and client facing experience
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to manage competing demands on multiple projects simultaneously
