Elective Services Ltd. is an NHS insourcing company that provides specialised onsite hospital services nationwide. Our offices are based in London and Milton Keynes. We are renowned for providing high quality expertise and services.

The Job role will include but not limited to:

- Contact potential customers to inform them about our services, identify sales opportunities and take details of the customer’s requirements. Answer questions about our services or the company.
- Arrange meetings or make appointments for Business Developers/ Project Managers to contact the customer.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Support the Project Managers to connect and communicate with medical professionals, request CVs, check availability and fulfil the staffing of projects.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements for this role:

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Highly motivated
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive & Proactive Attitude with a “can and will do” mindset
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Good admin skills to keep the database constantly updated
- Excellent MS Office skills

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
