Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance in a professional and friendly manner
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product information and resolve any customer concerns or questions
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
