**The Opportunity**

**Are you looking to start a career in sales?**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a confident **Internal Sales Representative** working as part of our expanding Aggregates team at our Brentford Offices. This is a great position to grow and learn with an established team with opportunities to quickly progress through a large organisation.

As the Internal Sales Representative you will play an integral role in proactively identifying, targeting, chasing and securing attractive business opportunities through numerous different methods.
- Achieve sales targets and overall business goals through the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the business relationships and market knowledge, within a designated territory.
- Help to raise the profile of Aggregate Industries within the designated sales territory and/or key accounts
- Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy
- Efficiently respond and administer to customer enquiries and needs providing an outstanding level of customer service

**Who you are**
- Selling and negotiation skills are desirable but not essential as long as you are happy to learn
- Ability to develop strong and sustainable customer and colleague relationships
- Detail and results oriented with strong personal values to succeed
- Highly organised with demonstrable planning and delivery capabilities
- IT literate
