Based from their prestigous offices in the S11 area of Sheffield, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to a Director and their team.

This is a very varied and interesting role that will involve the following:

- Providing Admin support to the team including Director, Manager and team
- Preparing documentation on behalf of clients using Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- Liaising with HMRC
- Making payments on behalf of clients
- Preparing invoices using SAGE
- Understanding priorities for the team and working to strict deadlines
- Incorporating Limited Companies via Companies House
- Using online portals including Companies House
- Onboarding new clients including issuing engagement letters and requesting ID
- Other administrative duties as directed by the team
- Administrative or Secretarial experience
- Experience preparing invoices and financial paperwork (full training will be provided)
- Confidence liaising with clients
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional
- Confident managing a varied and fast-paced role
- Experience in using SAGE and Excel would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to manage priorities
- Flexible and self-motivated
