Due to our expanding workforce, we are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator and office assistant to work alongside our HR Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Update HR Documents and employee records
- Answer HR Related queries and employee queries
- Inputting data into internal HR databases
- Maintain employment law and HR Knowledge
- Complete tasks designated by HR Manager
- Support with HR Issues
- Maintenance of HR policies
- Day-to-day management of office operations and procedures
- Organise and take minutes at meetings
- Organising staff events

**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent personnel management skills
- Previous HR admin experience
- Understanding of HR recruitment processes and requirements
- Understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities
- Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organisation and of different diversities and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Decision making
- Problem solving
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
