**About the role**

As a result of our rapid growth, we’re looking for an office assistant to join our team to lighten the workload and support us in dealing with daily administration tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining and updating digital filing systems
- Updating and circulating company policies and procedures
- Calling existing customers for quotation chasing and upselling
- Use of dedicated ERP software to produce quotations, sales orders, purchase orders & invoices

**Location & commitments**
- Part-Time, permanent
- Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00am - 14:00pm
- Malvern
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Previous experience in a similar administration position is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Strong GCSEs or equivalent preferred
- Must have a strong grasp of Microsoft Office and Outlook

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £6.95-£10.42 per hour
