**The Company**
CityRise is a leading property specialist in Leeds which has grown impressively over the last few years. Primarily working in investment property sales, we work right across the UK and overseas connecting high net worth individuals with off-plan properties for buy-to-let purposes.
We are now looking for a Business Administrator to manage all company administration and help the team operate effectively.
**The Role**
As a Business Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting our growing company in all important administrative tasks. This key role will span all areas of the business and is crucial in ensuring that documentation is correct, and sales are progressed effectively. Furthermore, as the portal listings lead you will be central to much of the company’s lead generation efforts that are required
Specifically, your role will involve:
- Portal Listings
- Accounts (bookkeeping and Invoicing)
- Administrative work for sales progression
- Ensuring CRM is kept up to date and properties are correctly uploaded
- Processing legal documents and auditing reservation paperwork
- Office administration
**About You**
To be considered as an administrator, you will need:
- Have at least 3 years administrative experience
- To be organised and productive
- Be independent and have a strong initiative to take ownership of the role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The willingness to learn within your role
- The ability to multitask and manage a variety of different tasks effectively
**The Benefits**

- Salary of between £18,000 and £20,000 depending on experience
