Part Time Office Administrator (Maternity Cover).
20 hours per week.
Upto £23,000 pro rata.
We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our client, a specialist in their field based in Leeds City Centre.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ordering office supplies.
- Booking travel and transport.
- Assisting with the organisation of company events.
- On boarding of new starters.
- Liaising with the Finance Department regarding invoices/receipts.
- General adhoc tasks for the wider team.
- Professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience working in an office.
- Knowledge of all MS packages.
