Part Time Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Taking control of a new project (Green deal Project)
We are looking for someone who is able to work with The Green Deal Project and ourselves who can start and finish a new project Which could provide energy saving to our Tenants. Some of the improvements in the project involve insulation, such as solid wall, cavity wall or loft insulation.
**Main Duties for this Role;'**
Book and manage appointments with the Green Deal Project
Liase with Tenants to make sure times and dates are suitable and gather any documents needed prior to booking/attending the property
Meet up with the Contractor at the properties to Assist with access etc
Checkthe property after the Work has been completed to make sure Property is left in a Tidy state as it was before the work started.
Maintain and update spreadsheets of work carried out at each property
Working hours are Monday to Friday 20 hours per week. 4 Hrs. per day between the hours of 9am and 5pm
**Requirements**:
- Full Driving License
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Good communication Skills
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
