**Overall Purpose of the role**:
**Key Result Areas**:
**Membership**
- Responding to initial enquiries
- Providing responses to general enquiries
- Promoting NRA / NSC services

**Affiliations**
- Responding to general enquiries from Clubs, Schools, Associations (CSAs)
- Inputting information for new SCC requirements for all CSAs

**Certification Assessments**
- Creating a programme of assessment days/dates
- Liaising with training team and armoury team to book assessments and firearm requirements
- Booking ranges for certification days
- Monitoring online booking system for certification assessments and circulating required reading materials to members.

**Events**
- Developing programme of Guest Days (8 per annum)
- Liaising with training team and armoury team to book instructors/coaches and firearm requirements for each event
- Booking ranges for agreed dates
- Monitoring online booking system for guest day bookings and circulating required information to members prior to events.
- Assisting with Shooting Club Day events when required.

**Personnel Specification**
- Strong administrative skills
- Pleasant, confident and engaging personality
- Good planner with an understanding of the impact of the requirements on the business
- IT literate and confident in using standard Office software including Excel and Word
- Keen eye for detail and desire to deliver service improvements
- Team player who can work independently

Salary range £18-22k
