A great new role for a Customer Service & Parts Administrator - **on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract**:

- has come in for a multinational equipment manufacturer and service provider, based in Biggleswade. Ensuring effective procurement and sales of machine parts, helping ensure maximum commercial recovery from service engineers’ times, minimising the work-in-progress stock levels, and helping develop existing administrative processes.

**What will the right person look like?**

**What will you be doing?**
- Take calls from customers and liaise with Service Engineers.
- Prepare parts and service quotations, and sales orders.
- Ensure all urgent parts and aftersales issues are dealt with.
- Chase supplier orders and back orders.
- Enter new parts details onto the system to provide information and pricing to enable effective ordering.
- Input engineers’ times to build up the cost bases for invoices and for payroll purposes.
- Raise Warranty orders, Sales orders, Work orders, Purchase requests and Invoices both internally and to customers.

The Customer Service & Parts Administrator role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. office based, in Biggleswade, 40 hours per week.
