Are you an experienced Customer Service & Parts Administrator looking for a new challenge?

We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a multinational equipment manufacturer and service provider based in Biggleswade.

The client is offering a **12-month Fixed Term Contract** for someone who can ensure effective procurement and sales of machine parts, maximise commercial recovery, minimise work-in-progress stock levels, and help develop existing administrative processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking calls from customers, liaising with Service Engineers, preparing parts and service quotations, and sales orders, ensuring all urgent parts and aftersales issues are dealt with promptly, chasing supplier orders and back orders, entering new parts details onto the system to provide information and pricing to enable effective ordering, inputting engineers’ times to build up the cost bases for invoices and for payroll purposes, and raising warranty orders.

This Customer Service & Parts Administrator role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract,

Competitive salary £27,000 - £31,000 per year. Competitive salary, Bupa cash plan, attractive pension scheme, life insurance, loyalty bonus, and 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown (3 days) plus bank holidays. Free on-site parking.

It is an office-based role, in Biggleswade, for 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
