PJA Carpentry Ltd is a labour only carpentry sub-contractor, based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. We work on new build developments comprising mainly of houses and flats.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Care Administrator on a permanent contract and a full time basis. This role will report to the Director.

**Responsibilties**:
Ø Receive and log remedials reported by customer

Ø Liaise with Site Managers and Home owners to ensure that the remedial works are completed in a timely manner

Ø Follow up completion and maintain paperwork audit trail

Ø Report to manager on a regular basis

Ø Ordering of fixings/cranes/ironmongery

Ø Liaising with suppliers

Ø Keep accurate records ensuring all files are kept up to date

Ø Provide various administration support for the Department

**Skills required**:
Ø Excellent customer service skills alongside a proficient telephone manner

Ø Proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ø Excellent organisational and administration skills

Ø A can-do attitude and highly flexible within the workplace as we are a small team

Ø Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel

Ø Strong attention to detail skills

Ø Ability to work on own initiative

Ø Strong numeracy skills
